Steel

Finished with a wax blend, in normal use the oils from your hands add to the protective layer. If you do need to wash, handwash and immediately dry and then apply a light coat of oil and wipe off like you would for a cast iron pan.

Copper

Finished with light oil, copper will naturally develop a rich patina over time. Copper may be shined to restore the bright shiny finish if desired, simply buff with a mixture of salt and vinegar.

Stainless Steel

All full-sized products have forged stainless steel handles. This makes them rust resistant, however, storage indoors and handwashing is still recommended.
